Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
3. Website Design & Development Services
3.1 Deposits
All project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This is because time, planning, research, and design resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation.
3.2 Project Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a project after work has begun:

The deposit remains non-refundable.

The client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3.3 Completed Projects
Once a website has been completed and delivered (or launched), payments are non-refundable.
4. Domain Name Registrations
Domain name purchases are:

Digital goods

Registered instantly with third-party providers (e.g. GoDaddy)
Once a domain has been registered on your behalf:

It cannot be cancelled

It cannot be refunded
This applies even if the domain is no longer required.
5. Hosting Services
Hosting services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Once a hosting billing period has begun:

Hosting fees are non-refundable.
If hosting is cancelled:

Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

No partial refunds are provided.
6. Maintenance & Retainer Services
Monthly maintenance, support, and retainer services:

Are billed in advance.

Are non-refundable once the service period has started.
If cancelled, services will continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.
7. Digital Products & Marketing Services
Due to the digital and intangible nature of digital design, SEO, and marketing services:

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds are not provided for completed deliverables.
8. Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel certain contracts made online.
However, this right does not apply where:

Digital content has begun to be delivered.

Services have begun with the consumer’s consent.

The service is bespoke or personalised.
By instructing us to begin work immediately, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cancellation right where applicable.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised:

We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment provider.

This may include contracts, written agreements, invoices, and proof of delivery.
Raising a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, offer partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.
This does not create a legal obligation to provide refunds outside of this policy.
